Nic Pope, an American audio engineer, has teamed up with Betabrand to develop a utilitarian zip-front top with attached hood that is acoustically transparent.  The panels on both sides of the hoodie are made from high-end speaker cloth that allows for better sound perception.  The Audio Engineer’s Hoodie has internal headphone routing as well as plenty of pocket space.  The hoodie is made from water-resistant fabric and is available in black.  The Audio Engineer’s Hoodie can be pre-ordered for $142.20 and is scheduled to ship by mid November of this year.

  1. What a smart idea…targeting precisely the Millennial customer whose prime interests combine technology and music. Does it come in fashionable colors and updated styles for female consumers?

  2. Hello David! The Audio Engineer’s Hoodie is currently available only in black and in men’s sizes. Your question is not only valid but a great idea as well. Thank you for leaving a comment. 🙂
