Tech accessories like headphones have become a modern day essential, but for women, they are often stuffed at the bottom of a purse, get tangled, lost, and become worn out over time. Meet The Dipper!  It is a jewelry piece with the full functionality of headphones integrated into it.  To switch from necklace to earbud mode, separate the chevrons to access the earbuds and place them into your ears, then disconnect the plug from the clasp in back of the necklace and plug it into your phone (or tablet, laptop, MP3 player, etc.). The Dipper is made almost entirely of metals (stainless steel and aluminum) which are then plated with 24K gold or gunmetal and silver. The earbuds are plastic with metal coating. The stainless steel chains are hollow with insulated cables running through them. The chevron-shaped pendant is formed from an aluminum alloy that keeps it lightweight for all-day wear while it elegantly houses earbuds that are custom-designed for women’s ears. As of this post, Tinsel, the company behind The Dipper is in the middle of its crowdfunding campaign.  The Dipper will be offered in two colorways (Gunmetal and Gold) and is working towards an April 2016 delivery.  While the future retail price is set for $199, you can get The Dipper for $149 on Indiegogo for a limited amount of time.  Just click on the link below…
